I had an emergency as my window came out of the frame, one call and Ian was there within hours and quickly and safely secured the window back into place. He also checked another window just to make sure it was securely in its place. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for this company.
I definitely recommend Safe and Sound for their commitment, efficiency and friendly service. I also had a quote done for new double glazing glass, a new window and a new door.The quote was given quickly with very competitive pricing. Thank you Ian and staff..... you get five stars from me.
A very positive experience with Safe & Sound. After some clear and helpful advice from the onset I ordered 3 windows and a conservatory door. The fitters showed up as and when promised and were polite and courteous to my family. I felt comfortable to have them in my home. The quality of the windows and door was beyond my expectations and we could not be more happy with the work. I would recommend this company as their customer service from start to finish was excellent.

A big thank you to Gary, John and Ian at Safe & Sound for the stunning front door, rear bi-folds, front and rear windows. Beautifully fitted by seasoned and caring pros, along with some great banter over a few brews. Having moved to west Devon four months ago, finding quality tradesmen was a priority for all our planned home improvements. From the moment we met these geezers, we knew we'd have great service, products and very importantly, precision installation. It has been a pleasure to deal with the Safe & Sound lads and I look forward to recommending them whenever I can.
Ian and everyone at Safe and Sound did a great job. Although there were delays they kept me in the loop. When there was an issue (our fault) they came to rectify the issue and made us very happy customers.
From the initial enquiry to this weeks inspection of the finished work everything went really smoothly. Safe and Sound have a lovely team who work really hard and are very respectful of your home. We will definitely be using them again .
We were so impressed with this company who replaced all our guttering and fascias. Arrived early every morning, worked solidly all day, tidied up after themselves each evening. The quality of work is excellent and the price was very reasonable. They did such a good job we’re getting them back in the summer to change our windows.
Can’t thank these guys enough. Saved the day! Back door lock broke the day we were meant to go away. They were here within an hour of calling and sorted it for us. Fantastic service. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Fantastic customer care with super-efficient attention to what needs doing. These guys find effective ways to fix problems where possible rather than jumping in with suggestions of immediately replacing things! Will become my go-to place for my windows and doors!
Absolutely brilliant service for a window installation that had to happen just in time because of building works that were ongoing. Ian and team had to measure without the actual wall in place for one! Thank goodness they know exactly what they’re doing. 100% recommended.
Really excellent company, came out the same day to fix a broken window lock for me and very reasonably priced too. In addition they came out in an emergency and fixed the lock on the community fridge which had broken and in the spirit of the community project didn't charge a fee. Genuinely wonderful local company ❤️
Had the Safe & Sound lads replace our tired garage door with a new set of french doors, such a good service, and quality work we've now booked them in to replace our front door too.

We had 3 new windows fitted and 1 new glass unit, from the start the company was first class from Ian coming to see us and talk it through and then measure the windows up, and then Lewis who stopped by also and talk about our date for fitting, and then Gary and John who did our fitting who I must say were brilliant they were very clean and tidy dust sheets over all main tread areas and and they got on with the job in hand very quickly, so my wife and I can’t recommend this company high enough and a big thanks to you all at Safe and Sound, a brilliant local company. 👏
Safe & Sound carried out an excellent job replacing our Conservatory roof under atrocious weather conditions. Cannot praise them highly enough.
